Andy Murray continues to close the gap on Novak Djokovic at the top of the world rankings after winning the Shanghai Masters on Sunday and the Wimbledon champion’s odds are shortening for the end of season ATP World Tour finals at the O2 (13–20 Nov).
Murray was a 9/2 chance when the book opened in the summer, a price that was quickly backed in to 9/4, and the Scot is now no bigger than the 6/4 on offer with Betfair – as Djokovic continues to struggle to consistently produce his ‘A’ game.
