Chelsea’s Premier League title odds continue to shrink after they equalled their club record with an 11th successive win, beating Palace 1-0 at Selhurst Park on Saturday lunchtime.
They were a best price of 8/11 after that victory, although Liverpool’s 1-0 win at Goodison Park on Monday night cut their lead at the top of the table to 6 points, and the Blues can now be backed at stand-out odds of 4/5 with Coral.
After back-to-back victories, Liverpool are now 11/2 third favourites with Bet365, just behind Manchester City – who are at 5/1 with the same bookmaker following their 2-1 defeat of Arsenal on Sunday.
Arsenal were Chelsea’s nearest challengers just a week ago, but after suffering their second and third defeats of the season the Gunners have drifted to 11/1 (from 9/2).
They have slipped to fourth place and have seen both Spurs and Manchester United make up ground with successive victories. From 3/1 to finish in the Top 4 last week, United are now a best of 11/8 with Paddy Power, with Arsenal out to 1/2 at Bet365.
