City are within 90 minutes of their first Champions League final and a score draw in Madrid would be enough, following the 0-0 first leg in Manchester last week.

Manuel Pellegrini’s side can be backed at 9/5 with Bet365 to qualify, with Real 4/9 favourites, despite the potential absence of both Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.

Those two have scored 20 of Real’s 26 Champions League goals this season and if they do both miss out then that price of 9/5 on City looks great value.

Remember, this is the sixth consecutive year that Real Madrid have reached the semi-finals – but they have only reached the final once in the previous five.

As far as the 90 minute prices are concerned, City are as big as 6/1 and the draw 15/4 – both with Bet365, with Real Madrid available at 8/15 (generally).

Real have kept 8 clean sheets in their 10 Champions League games this season, but had 7 in 10 at this stage last season and lost out to Juve (1-1 at the Bernabeu).

If City are to score then Kevin De Bruyne could again be the man, having scored in both legs of their quarter-final against PSG. He’s 24/5 with Unibet to do so.

For the hosts, Gareth Bale is available at best odds of 7/5 to score (Ladbrokes) and the Welshman has scored three goals in Real’s last two league games.

Finally, we suggest backing 1-1 and 2-2 scorelines at 7/1 and 16/1 respectively with Bet365, who refund losing Correct Score bets on all matches that finish 0-0.
