The Championship is providing one of the most competitive betting markets of the season as three teams continue to vie for top spot in a wide-open division.
In stark contrast to last season when Wolves strolled to the title, Norwich, Sheffield United and Leeds are all grouped together at the top of the table, with each of them winning on Saturday.
Norwich remain the frontrunners having come from behind to beat Bristol City 3-2 at Carrow Road, with Daniel Farke’s side also the entertainers – 6 of their last 7 matches have gone over 3.5 goals.
The Canaries are two points clear of Sheffield United, who put a spoke in West Brom’s wheels with a 1-0 win at the Hawthorns on Saturday. Leeds United are third on goal difference after their 2-1 win over Bolton at Elland Road, with the Whites holding a game in hand over the top two.
West Brom have now slipped four points back in fourth place. The bookmakers believe there is little to separate Norwich and Leeds, with the former the 13/8* favourites in most places. Leeds are a best price of 9/5* with Paddy Power.
