Chelsea are the 13/8 favourites to win this season’s FA Cup after they were drawn to face Southampton in the semi-finals following their 2-1 quarter-final win over Leicester on Sunday. Antonio Conte’s side will be strongly fancied to get the better of the relegation-threatened Saints, who were under the cosh for long periods in their last eight tie at Wigan, before coming through to win 2-0.
Tottenham are the second favourites at best odds of 9/4 with BetVictor after making it through to the semi-finals, where they will face Manchester United at Wembley, their temporary home. Spurs had some initial problems at the national stadium following their move from White Hart Lane, but have won 13 of their last 16 home games in all competitions and looked supremely comfortable in their surroundings when they beat United 2-0 in the Premier League at the end of January. Mauricio Pochettino’s side have lost only once since they were beaten 4-1 by Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium in mid-December and have been made the 8/11 favourites by William Hill to reach May’s final at United’s expense. That price may shorten if Harry Kane wins his race to be fit in time for the semis, which will be played on the weekend of the 21st/22nd of April.
