Watford are currently fourth in the Premier League table – one place and two points above Chelsea, who have only won one of their 4 home games this season (D1, L2).

The Hornets have won three and drawn one of their four league away games and this looks to be the ideal time to take on the Blues given current form and injuries.

The visitors can be backed at a stand-out 9/1 with Bet365 and we suggest backing that and also Watford (+1) at 6/4 on the Asian Handicap – whereby you only lose if Chelsea win by two clear goals (with your money back if Chelsea win by one goal).

On the same basis, let’s go for the 1-0 and 2-1 away wins – both at best odds of 25/1.

Richarlison has scored in three of those four Watford away games and the Brazilian forward can be backed at a stand-out price of 5/1 with Betfred to score at any time.

Southampton v West Brom

The Saints have failed to score in 8 of their last 10 Premier League games here at St Mary’s – indeed, they have won just 3 of their last 16 league home games (L8, D5) dating back to the end of last year, so best odds of 20/23 at BetVictor do not appeal.

But the Baggies have won just two of their last 17 league games (D6, L9) and just one of their last 13 league away games (D5, L7), so their odds of 4/1 also look small.

Thus, the draw looks like the best option at a stand-out 5/2 with Betfred – who also offer the best prices of 6/1 on a 1-1 Correct Score and 7/1 on No Goalscorer.

In seven of their eight league games this season West Brom have scored either one or no goals, and the same can be said for Southampton in six of their eight games.

So, we’ll finish by recommending a bet on ‘Under 1.5 Goals’ here at 2/1 with Betfair.
