It was a bad weekend for Tottenham in the Premier League, as they lost to fierce rivals Arsenal at the Emirates before Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United all recorded victories later on Saturday.
Bet365 responded by pushing Spurs out to a best price of 4/7 to finish in the top four, from 3/10 at the start of the weekend. Liverpool have shortened from 11/10 to 10/11 to claim a Champions League place after their 3-0 win over Southampton, while Arsenal are now an 11/8 chance after maintaining their 100% home record with that 2-0 victory.
Burnley are level on points with both Liverpool and Arsenal after their 2-0 win over Swansea at Turf Moor, which was their third successive league victory. The Clarets, who have won six and lost just two of their opening 12 games, are 200/1 with Stan James to finish in the top four ahead of Arsenal’s visit to Turf Moor next weekend. The Gunners have lost four of their first six away games, while Burnley have taken 11 points from their six matches at home.
