Everton have only collected 8 points from eight league games so far this season – and the Blues lost their last two games here at Goodison, to Burnley and Lyon.

And it’s certainly no surprise that Arsenal are favourites, at best odds of 21/20 with Betfred, with Everton available at 3/1 and the draw 11/4 – both with Betfair.

But Everton did win this fixture 2-1 last season, while Arsenal have not won any of their four league away matches this season (L3, D1) – in fact they’ve lost 10 of their last 16 league games on the road (W4, D2) dating back to that last defeat here.

Both sides were in Europa League action on Thursday, but Arsenal’s game was in Serbia and we think that journey could make all the difference for Sunday’s game.

So, we will suggest backing Everton (+0.5) in the Asian Handicap market at best odds of 15/16 with BetVictor – whereby you collect if Everton win or draw the match.

The Gunners have kept just three clean sheets in their last 16 league away games, so we’ll also bet on ‘Both Team To Score’ at stand-out odds of 8/11 with Betfred.

Let’s also go for a 2-1 home win, plus the 1-1 draw, at best odds of 12/1 and 13/2 respectively with BetVictor – plus Wayne Rooney to score a goal at any time at 12/5.

Both of these sides will arrive at Wembley in confident mood after good Champions League performances in midweek, but Tottenham have not won any of their last 9 league games against Liverpool (L6, D3).

However, those three draws were all in their last four meetings, and another here would be no surprise at best odds of 13/5 with Bet365, Unibet or Betfair.

Tottenham are favourites at best odds of 5/4 with Betfred, with Liverpool available at 12/5 with Bet365 – but neither side have a good record at the new Wembley.

Spurs won their last game here, 1-0 against Bournemouth, but that was their only ‘home’ league win of the season (L1, D2) – with Burnley and Swansea both drawing.

Liverpool have drawn three of their last four league games and they have conceded 11 goals in their 4 away games so far this season, back ‘Both Teams To Score’ at 4/7.

Harry Kane has yet to score here at Wembley in Tottenham’s four league games this season and we prefer Christian Eriksen to score first at 9/1 with Bet365.

For Liverpool, Philippe Coutinho has scored in both Premier League away games and both Champions League away games since his return – he’s 11/4 to score again.

Let’s finish with bets on the 1-1 and 2-2 Correct Scores at best odds of 13/2 & 12/1.
