Manchester United have been pushed out to 8/1* by Ladbrokes to finish in the top four in the Premier League after Sunday’s 4-0 defeat to Everton at Goodison Park.
Richarlison, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Lucas Digne and Theo Walcott scored the goals that condemned Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men to their sixth defeat in eight games in all competitions.
Better news followed for the Reds as fourth-placed Arsenal were beaten 3-2 by Crystal Palace at the Emirates Stadium, but they remain in sixth place and two points outside the top four, ahead of the visit of title chasing Manchester City on Wednesday evening.
Tottenham, who sit third, are no bigger than 2/9 with BetVictor to earn a top four finish, with Arsenal and Chelsea both priced at 10/11*.
United finish their season with games against Huddersfield and Cardiff, but they have another huge game at Old Trafford before that when Chelsea visit on Sunday.
