I have had a pleasant experience with BetVictor. The sign up process was really simple and easy, and did not take much time, which is a bonus. The odds were really good. I believe it has some of the best odds. I won free spins in the games department, and won £15 for nothing. I was able to deposit money first, then withdraw what I deposited, plus the money I made with my free spins.
I was shocked that the free spin money would be able to be deposited, as most of the time it is not. You can do a minimum deposit of £5, which is great if you only want to put a small bet on. I cannot fault the site.
I did need to use customer support so I can comment on that. I was very impressed with how polite and friendly the staff were. I downloaded the app and thought it was well laid out and smart. I was going to place a bet on the football, however decided to cash out my winnings instead and wait til there was an important sporting event to bet on in the future.
I would definitely use BetVictor again in the future to place bets and play games. I have not heard a bad word about the site, which is very appealing.

Excellent bookmaker
Signing up process was very easy with Bet Victor. They have pretty good welcome offer as well for new customer. By making deposit of only £5 we will be given £20 free bet and £20 casino bonus to use. The free bet and bonus is credited as soon after a qualifying bet is made. Bet Victor offer pretty good odds and varied markets from Football to hurling so there is always something to suit everyone. Making deposit is very easy and straightforward, withdrawing fund is also a painless process. After the initial sign up bonus/free bet, Ber Victor also often throw other free bet or bonuses.
I haven’t experience any problem or difficulty while using Bet Victor and as a result I haven’t used the live chat feature nor have I contacting customer support. I haven’t download the app so wouldn’t be able to comment on this aspect.

always decent odds and usability
It is reasonably easy to sign up.
Odds are usually decent, especially shorter prices which are often better than the betfair exchange. Odds are also comparatively good for bigger events such as Royal Ascot, even larger prices.
Lots of markets available like extensive football and football specials, would like more cricket ones however eg. county games.
Very easy to deposit, especially quick deposit option. The profit/loss indicator is also good to have and is not often so readily available at other bookmakers.
Not aware of customer support quality as haven’t had need to contact them.
In play is decent although takes a bit of time to find markets in drop down menu which is a bit laggy.
Overall decent experience. Bet boosts never come in.

Very easy to use.
Betvictor is a user friendly and easy to use bookmakers. Their odds are the best I’ve seen on all bookmakers I’ve used. You can easily view your bets live. Easy to use app
First time I used this app was for horse racing. The sign up process was quick and easy, I received a bonus after my first deposit which you can do through paypal which makes it a lot quicker and easier, as well as the added protection through paypal. The odds value and number of markets available seemed very good, as good as other leading gambling apps out there, with not much experience I managed to make a good profit on my first bet slip. Withdrawing these funds back through paypal is also very quick, I got my funds instantly after withdrawing with no hassel. I didn't need to use the live chat or customer support features as I have had no issues so far with the app or any bets but it is good to know there is a easy way to contact someone if you ever need help as the live chat is instant and means you get easily access help without having to sit on hold for ages like some other apps. Overall I've had a very good experience with this betting app and will continue to use it in the future for all gambling as it has such a wide range of sports, games, casino etc. There are also often offers on not just for new members but existing as well.
