Room for improvement
I have been a member of Bet Victor for many years now and I also have accounts with many other bookmakers. Whilst Bet Victor offers better odds most of the time on sports that I bet on (apart from golf) the thing that lets it down is its website!
It is far too cluttered to navigate and the general layout is very dull and boring.
My other problem with Bet Victor is their lack of good offers for existing members. Most other bookies will offer an incentive or discount for regular betters but Bet Victor do not seem to bother.
They really need to up their game in the golf market. Their odds are not too much different to that of other bookies but they never offer as many places for each way bets as other bookies which is a real disappointment.
Finally, when you have selected a bet and placed it in your bet slip, if you wish to remove the bet there really needs to be a swipe option to remove the bet from the bet slip. Again every other bookies does this so I do not know why Bet Victor does not choose to adopt the same feature.
So overall I think Bet Victor is good but there is certainly things they can do to improve the betting experience for punters.

Great site with excellent offerings
I have been using the BetVictor mobile app for several years and I will be basing my comments on my experience here as well as on the full site.
I have been a member of several betting sites over the years but BetVictor is one I continue to return to for many reasons. Gambling is about the thrill of taking part and the joy of winning and this site puts a lot of effort into creating an environment conducive to this end. The look and feel is probably the most modern around, the colour palette is solid but muted. The typeface is clean and uncluttered to a Scandinavian degree which makes information immediately accessible, regardless of screen size and resolution.
Sign up is quick and easy, plus you can usually bag a new joiner bonus as well to get you underway. Deposits (and hopefully withdrawals at some point) can be made via the usual credit/debit cards as well as the more popular web wallets, including PayPal. Deposits are swift and you will be able to place bets immediately while withdrawals are handled promptly and, in my experience, without issue.
I have not had many problems with the site but any that I did come across were quickly resolved by the very usable Live Chat function.
The odds offered are invariably competitive on both popular and obscure events alike, and the range of offerings especially for football is impressive and should satisfy the needs of most. Straightforward bets can be made very easily with the Quick Bet function while the option to create more complicated bets and accumulators is readily accessible from the full bet slip. Once a bet is placed Cash Out options can often be used. Winnings are paid promptly once an event is complete.
If you need some encouragement there are regular promotions and incentives available, conversely if things are getting away from you there is support on hand offering limits and time outs if needed.
If you want a change of pace there is a full casino offering on hand with a broad range of slots and table games to choose from.
All in all BetVictor is a very good place for sports betting and casino games.

Great customer support
The sign-up process couldn’t be easier, plus they had a great sign up offer. I think at the time I signed up they were offering “bet £10 get £60”. The website is clean and modern, easy to navigate your way around.
I found the odds to be very competitive and there is a decent selection of sport markets available. For me it's usually about the football, but I like to occasionally have a flutter on the tennis or golf – if a big tournament’s coming up.
The live support was incredibly helpful after I experienced a problem signing up. By the time I came off the live chat it was all sorted!
I’ve not tried the casino yet, it’s not really my thing anyway. They do send me offers every so often, but not been tempted yet.
When it comes to the BetVictor app, again you'll find the same clean, easy to navigate interface. And unlike some other betting apps, it doesn’t seem to be buggy, well so far anyway.
Regarding deposits and withdrawals, it’s a straightforward process, I had no problems. Obviously, when it comes to making a withdrawal, you have to wait for the 3-6 days for the money to actually go into your account, but that’s standard.
Over all I would say I’m very confident in recommending BetVictor as a very professional and very trustworthy company.

Fantastic and controlled
On applying for my first ever betting account, I decided to pick bet victor. I signed up with bet victor because a friend highly recommend the and he said they were good in terms of customer service and you are able to control the limits.
On sign up I entered my email address and verification via the mobile phone which was all very easy to do. Once I had signed up I retrieved my welcome bonus almost instantly which was great!
I found the odds and the number of markets available fantastic.
In particular I love rugby and to have certain bets such as the anytime try scorer is great for me and at great odds such as 8/1. I found that it is very easy to withdraw cash and to have the cash within 2-3 days is good. However they could improve that by having cash going in within one day instead of 2-3 days.
I have spoke to the customer services through the live chat a few times and they have been flawless very efficient and polite. I remember having a problem with my laptop shutting down during playing and spoke with live chat and they were able to sort me out with getting back to the specific game I was playing and I didn’t lose any money.
I have tried the app which is great and so easy to use. I have yet to use the in play bets for bet victor but will give it a try soon, overall fantastic betting company!!!

Very fair betting company
I have an account with BetVictor. Very easy to set up account and website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Odds are very competitive and fair. Easy to place bets and also easy to top up account and withdraw funds. Haven’t used the app as yet though may consider doing so in future. Marketing is not too intrusive but BetVictor do let you know when there are special offers available which is appreciated. Customer services department are fine though haven’t had the need to use them much. What attracted me originally was the fact they offered first six places in grand national which kind felt was more competitive than most of the other betting websites available. There are so many that I feel it is very important to have something that hooks customers in in the first place. I feel I can trust BetVictor with my personal details and hence I would continue to use this company in the future. The range of betting options is good though I have to say it is really only the horse racing that I have considered betting on. More offers to encourage a more regular usage of the site by me would be appreciated.
