I have been a user of bet365 for over 3 years. I was using William Hill and wanted to find another bookmaker with good in play options. I would generally bet on 5 minute goals with WH. Bet365 offer a 10 minute betting alternative and the odds work out very favourably! Bet365 is very easy to navigate when betting in play is your preferred option. William Hill possibly has slightly more options for bets and more games to bet on in play but bet365 is forever expanding and already has a great number of options.
I have been very happy with the lay out and the ease of going from one bet to another.
There have been a couple of issues. I have made bets which I believe should have been declared winning bets. I have queried them with the powers that be at bet365 and they have then told me to take them further. I would prefer a quicker judgement (in my favour when it is clear that I am not just changing it!).
Other issues I have noticed are in reference to their promotions. I feel that bet365 (and possibly still William Hill, though I have not used them for a while) are amongst the poorest in terms of promotions for current customers. You will occasionally get a free fiver bet (stake not returned). I feel that the likes of Coral and Betfair are miles ahead in terms of their current customer offers.
On the whole though, I feel that bet365 is one of the top book makers for the types of bets I like to make. They are the best for inplay betting closely followed by William Hill. I hope this review can help in some way for those looking to make similar decisions with their money.
The sign up at Ladbrokes was simple and clear, very easy to do. There are plenty of sports and games to choose from, each one easy to find and place your desired bet on.
Depositing and withdrawing funds is very easy though there is a minimum which as someone who only places small bets for fun is a little frustrating. I didn't need to use live chat but if the ease and format for the rest of the site is to go by, I imagine it is very easy to use.
I have only used the online browser but may look into the app for future bets.
I was a first time user at Ladbrokes and this was the first time using this kind of website.
I found the website is really easy to use and the sign up process was very quick with only the necessary questions being asked.
I liked that you could set up a daily limit on your spends, as this offered reassurance that things couldn’t get out of hand. The limits have large ranges to suit everyone’s circumstances and it can be altered at any time.
There was a large range of games to choose from and good odds, prizes and chances of winnings.
The deposit and adding funds function was straight forward and the withdrawn funds came straight into my bank account in a matter of days.
The live chat was answered very quickly and the agent listened well and typed back clearly, with good understanding.
The app is great and is inviting to use. It shows your winnings clearly and tabs and easy to navigate.
The games loads quickly and the bet odds are bold.
Overall I like Ladbrokes site and app and I have used it a few times. I would recommend to a friend as it has great offers when you are a new customer.
