What does Best Odds Guaranteed mean?
Best Odds Guaranteed means if a horse goes off at longer odds than when you backed them, the bookmaker will pay you out at the bigger odds. BOG allows you to place your bet on the morning of the race, safe in the knowledge you’ll feel the benefit of a drift if your horse’s odds start to widen. There’s no downside to BOG, as it doesn’t cost anything extra, and you’ll still get your original odds if your horse shortens in price.
