Quick and easy
Signing up with Coral was easy and the welcome bonus was also gladly welcomed. Placing my first bet, to my surprise, was a breeze. They usually offer free bonuses after you have deposited and played. The depositing process took less than a minute and as long as you have a valid bank account it should work quite easily.
After placing my first qualifying bet my welcome bonus was in my account within hours. It also helped that the odds market was better than a competitor..where I would win £148 with coral the competitor offered £146. I know not a big difference but every little helps.
Once it was confirmed I had won, withdrawing was easy. The only downfall is it takes a couple of days for the funds to appear in your account. I only used their customer service once that's when I wasn't aware my £20 bonus would only be given as 4 payments of £5. They were helpful and gave additional information even though I did not ask.
All in all I highly recommend Coral. I haven't used the app as yet as I do most bets on my laptop. If I do I will update my review.

The sign up process at Coral was very straight forward. The direct support felt like you were actually talking to a real person (so many are just chat bots). Not being a regular bet maker, I have sometimes been a bit bamboozled by the odds and set up of the process, but the Coral site is very clear and and easy to understand.
The process of depositing money and withdrawing winners is easy to follow. There are endless markets available to bet on and the in play feature adds additional entertainment whilst watching the events unfold live.
There are so many sites to choose from these days, that finding a reliable and straight forward, user friendly one can take for ever. I would whole heartedly recommend Coral to any one looking to change their preferred gambling site or looking to set up their first account. A known brand that delivers and “what it says on the tin” isn’t the norm, but with Coral it most certainly is.
I cant comment on the value or pricing of their odds in comparison to other providers, as I have stopped using others, but they most definitely seemed to be competitive and I had no issues with the odds that were made available.

A bit confusing
The sign up process at Coral was fairly straight forward and easy, depositing money into the account is also pretty easy and straight-forward. I was a bit confused about how to bet and how much but it might have been because I am pretty new to this.
I did not really understand how the bets worked and how to find appropriate bets, it took some time to figure out how make bets and I am still not sure how you are supposed to find out if you won the bet. Overall, I think Coral could benefit of having some sort of beginners guide that would introduce the person to the website and walk through the processes.
Cannot say if withdrawal process is hard or easy as, unfortunately, did not really win anything to withdraw any funds but based on how easy it was to deposit money, I am guessing that it is also easy to withdraw it.
Customer support staff seemed friendly and knew their stuff, seemed competent. I have not tried any apps, I only used the Coral website through my laptop. Overall, I think it is an average betting website, it has pros and cons. I think it could do with some improvements but it is not all that bad.

Great website but needs in-play improvement
Coral gets 4/5 for me as it is a great website but could be improved. The sign-up process was good but was surprised that I didn't get any bonus for signing up. However, the odds were very good compared to other betting websites.
The ID validation took a while to complete. Whilst I understand that it is needed, the process could be streamlined to make it even faster and easier to sign up. After this validation, it was very easy to deposit money and place my bets. Hopefully, the withdrawal process will be just as good.
The in-play betting needs to be a lot better for me to stay a member as this just doesn't show real-time information and the animations are not good compared with other well established betting sites.
This makes me believe that in-play betting won't offer me the best odds as I don't have quality up to date information without looking at other sources or watching the match live, which often I can not watch live. The app is the same in regards to the quality of animations and in-play bets, it needs to be improved if I were to use Coral more regularly. Would recommend it to casual betters and anyone who doesn't use the in-play betting feature.

The sign up process at Coral was really easy. It takes only a minute to do so. Like all other betting sites, you will need your email address and you can choose your own password. After that, you will be asked your details such as name, date of birth, and your address. You also need to link with your bank card or paypal to be able to deposit money. After that, you are good to go.
The odds value are in fraction form. You can easily switch to decimal form by going to the settings. For me personally, I prefer the values to be in fraction form. From what I have seen so far, most of the time, there's a big gap between the odd values. For example, the odd values would be like 7/1, 12/4. There's also a lot of games to bet on. You can bet on sports, you can even play bingo, casino and slots.
It was very easy to deposit money. For online based accounts such as monzo its quite easy. After you've put in how much money you will deposit, they will send a request to your bank account which you need to approve. On site, the lowest amount you can see is 10 pounds. But if you only want to deposit 5, you can click on the amount box and just type in 5. Its also quite straightforward to withdraw money. You just click on withdraw and choose where you want your money to go, whether paypal or bank account, then it will be there immediately.
I don't use the live chat often. If I am playing games such as bingo or slots, I think it just gets in the way and covers most of my screen. But its reassuring to know if there's any problems, you can easily access a person to help you.
I did not try the app as I didn't think I need to. The website is very straightforward and easy to maneuvre so I just played on the site.
